COSMETIC FAMILY pays particular attention to the protection of the personal data of each customer using the site and undertakes to ensure the best level of protection.
To provide its service, COSMETIC FAMILY collects personal data from visitors to its website www.cosmeticfamily.com
COSMETIC FAMILY, as the Data Controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of the regulation of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, and the European Regulation 2016/79 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD).

COSMETIC FAMILY is only authorized to use the personal data of its customers if it has a valid legal basis. COSMETIC FAMILY must ensure that it has one or more of the following legal bases:
-The execution of a contract (e.g. to process and send an order or to open and manage a COSMETIC FAMILY account), or
-Where the customer has giveń consent to the collection of data.

2. HOW LONG THE DATA ARE CONSERVED ?
Unless otherwise required by law, COSMETIC FAMILY respects the retention periods recommended by the CNIL.
The retention periods adopted are as follows:
-Data from prospects (people who have never purchased) are kept for 3 years after the last contact from the prospect.
-Customer data is kept for 3 years after the last purchase.
-Cookies for audience measurement, targeted advertising and sharing with social networks are deposited on the customer's terminal for a period of 13 months.
3. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS ON DATA ?
3.1 WHAT RIGHTS CAN BE EXERCISED ?
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person whose data has beeń collected has the facultý to exercise the following rights:
-a right of access
-a right of rectification
-a right to object to the processing of his/her data and to delete his/her data
-a right to object to profiling
-a right to limitation of processing
-a right to the portability of its data
When COSMETIC FAMILY detects a violation of personal data likely to generate a high risk for the rights and freedoms of the Customer, the latter will be informed of this violation as soon as possible.
The Customer also has the faculty to withdraw his consent at any time.
3.2 HOW TO EXERSICED ?
These rights can be exercised with the company COSMETIC FAMILY which collected́ the personal data in the following way:

The request must indicate, the name, first name, postal address, email, if possible the customer reference and must be accompanied by a proof of identity.
COSMETIC FAMILY addresses a response within 1 month after the exercise of the right. In certain cases, linked to the complexity of the request or to the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months.
These rights can in certain cases envisaged by the regulation be subjected to exceptions.
4. TO WHOM THE DATA ARE TRANSMITED ?
4.1 COSMETIC FAMILY AND ITS PARTNERS
Your data may be processed by technical service providers (IT, hosting, email distribution, maintenance, online payment service provider, etc.), who are located within the European Union.
4.2 NON-PARTNER THIRD PARTIES
COSMETIC FAMILY undertakes not to transfer or sell personal data concerning you to non-partner third parties. We do not communicate any personal data to agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

WAT ARE THE RULES FOR COMMERCIAL PROSPECTING?
COSMETIC FAMILY uses your details to send you targeted advertising, particularly by e-mail, post, on social networks or third-party websites.
COSMETIC FAMILY respects the rules laid down by Directive 2002/58/EC of 12 July 2002, which provides for the express prior collection of the customer's consent for the sending of commercial prospecting by electronic means (e-mail or SMS). Thus, when you create your account on the site, you are expressly asked for your consent to receive offers from COSMETIC FAMILY by e-mail.
COSMETIC FAMILY will not send you personalized solicitations by e-mail or SMS if you have not consented to them. There is an exception when the Customer, without having giveń his prior consent, may however be canvassed as long as he is already a customer of the company COSMETIC FAMILY and the purpose of the canvassing is to offer similar products or services.
In all the cases, the customer has the possibility of being opposed to the reception of these solicitations by carrying out the following actions:
-When creating an account, do not check the box related to prospecting;
-For email, by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each email;
-for the sms, by sending a stop SMS to the number indicated in it;
-by contacting customer service.
COSMETIC FAMILY may contact you by telephone to propose offers on products or services. If you do not wish to be contacted, you can register on the telephone marketing opposition list accessible on the site www.bloctel.gouv.fr
6. WHAT IS A COOKIE AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR ?
