What is the delivery time ? Every order from Colissimo are delivered in 3 working days in metropolitan france. You can also choose to be delivered in a relay point.
Can I follow my parcel ? After the confirmation of your order, you will receive an email including a following number. This number will allow you to follow your parcel until your door.
I did not receive my order, what can I do ? We do our best so that your order arrived as soon as possible. However, sometimes it could take more time. First, check the localisation of your parcel on the website Colissimo while using your following number. If the parcel appears as delivered, check with your neighbourhood if the package has been delivered at the right adress. Otherwise, contact customer service.

THE USE :
How to maintain the make-up remover glove ? You can wash it by hand with warm water and soap, or in the washing machine at degrees. Sometimes, you can put it in the dryer to keep it soft.
How often should I use the masks ? There are no rules, you do what you want ! However, we do not recommend to use more than a mask a day. It can irritate your skin and principle actives will not act correctly. Otherwise, you can put on a mask once a week to complete your skin care routine.
Should I rinse my mask after use ? After cleaning your face and applying your mask for 15 to 20 minutes, do not rinse. Let the serum penetrate naturally by massing gently your skin to obtains best results.
What is the use-by of the masks ? The bio cellulose and fabric masks can be conserved for 36 months, that is why there is no deadline on the pouch.
How to apply masks ? Our masks lies between 2 nylon sheets (blue or white). Remove the sheets, apply mask and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, massage the excess of product.
Where can I throw my mask after use ? The bio cellulose and cotton masks can be recycled contrary to fabric masks and eye patches. Kraft pouches are entirely recyclable ! Cardboards we use for our packagings are from sustainable forests.
How to fasten the Merveilleuse hair towel ? Our hair towel can be wrapped as a turban and fastened at the back of the head with a string and a button. You can also find a demonstration video on our social medias such as Facebook or Instagram.
Can I use the natural soap bars on my face ? Of course, our soap bars can be used on the face and the body.
How to use the soap mask ? Lather it between your hands, apply on your face with circular massages. Once a week, leave on for 2 or 3 minutes as a mask.

Where are your products made ? According to ecological and ethics values, we are engaging to make our products with experts, as near as us. All our products are from french fabrication, except our hair towels which are made in Portugal.
Are your products natural cosmetics ? All the compositions are developped with expert laboratories following strict french norms. The percentage of naturalism of our products varies between 96 and more than 99% (of which certains ingredients are from the biological).
To whom are your products reserved for ? Our products are for men and women who wants to realise a performant care at home. All our products are created to respond to every skin types needs and that everyone can find its groove.
Are your products tested on animals ? Malou & Marius love too much animals to do this ! Moreover, and since 2013, every experimentation on animals are absolutely forbiden in Europe (So much the better !).
Why the wonderful hair towel is wonderful ? The shape and the material makes it a unique product, it is made with bamboo which is 20 times better than traditionnal cotton, it allows to accelerate drying time while reducing the use of hair dryer. It is very practical, you just need to tie it around your head as a turban.
